I dig your blog, recipes, photos, etc...The July 1996 issue of Food & Wine featured two main course salads that have since become summer staples at my house: Antipasto Salad with Grilled Chicken, and Frisee Salad with Beans and Warm Bacon Dressing. The latter is full of textures that are as integral as the flavors, especially with a nice glass of Pinot Gris or two
